Cooking Tips
For crumbles, preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350°F. Crumble in a single layer and stir constantly for 7 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and meat thermometer reads 165°F. To measure internal temperature, place crumbles into a mound and insert meat thermometer into center, being careful not to touch skillet. Ground turkey should be cooked thoroughly.
For Patties, shape into four-ounce patties, approximately 1/2 inch thick, and season as desired. Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350°F. Add patties, arrange so they do not touch. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165°F throughout the patty.
