Peaches are one of summer's quintessential pleasures. You can't help but love the velvety soft texture of the skin, the fragrant smell upon ripening and the burst of juice with every bite. Yellow peaches are one of those fruits that taste equally good fresh as in cakes, pies and cobblers.
