Cut the white rose stems to your desired length and place the flowers, still in the cardboard wrap, in the water. Let sit for two to four hours. Once properly hydrated, remove cardboard and gently pick off discolored petals. Arrange your roses in a vase, trimming stems at a 45-degree angle so the bloom sits two to three inches above the rim.
